1. Onboarding Process

2. Dynamic NFT Minting (Level 0)
Initial NFT Minting: When a business owner first registers on the platform, a basic Dynamic NFT will be minted to represent the starting status of their business. This NFT serves as the digital identity of the business and reflects its early-stage attributes, which will evolve as the business grows and engages with customers. The NFT is designed to change dynamically based on performance metrics such as customer feedback, successful orders, and accumulated experience points (XP). As the business completes orders, gathers customer satisfaction data, and meets other platform-specific goals, the NFT will unlock more advanced features. These upgrades will be visible to both the business owner and customers, showcasing the store’s growth and quality improvements.
NFT Attributes: Upon minting, the Dynamic NFT will be assigned a set of attributes that reflect the performance and reputation of the business. These include return customer rate, discount and promotion usage, community engagement, and service quality and cost.
3. Starting the Business
Go Live: Once your business is verified through the smart contract, and you’ve listed your products or services, your store will be ready to go live. This means you can start accepting orders from customers on the platform.
4. Getting Feedback from Customers to Unlock Attributes
Customer Reviews: Encouraging customers to leave reviews and ratings is crucial. Positive reviews not only help you improve but also contribute to the development of your dynamic NFT.
Activating Attributes: As your customers provide feedback and rate your services, certain attributes in your dynamic NFT will be activated. For example, if customers appreciate your customer service, you could earn the "Excellent Customer Service" attribute. These attributes will help showcase your strengths and encourage more customers to choose your business.
5. Upgrading Your NFT with Orders
Order Threshold: To move your NFT to the next level, there will be a specific number of completed orders required. For example, after completing a certain amount of orders, your NFT will automatically upgrade from the Beginner Stage to the Intermediate Stage.
+Service Levels of Dynamic NFTs for Business Owners
Level 0-5: Beginner Stage You’re just starting out and building your reputation. This is where you focus on completing your first orders and gaining experience.
Level 6-10: Intermediate Stage After completing a number of successful orders, your NFT will upgrade to the Intermediate Stage. Here, you may start to unlock some added benefits, like increased visibility.
Level 11-15: Advanced Stage As you grow further, you’ll move into the Advanced Stage. At this point, you may access exclusive features and enjoy greater exposure on the platform.
Level 16-20: Expert Stage The highest level represents top-performing businesses. Being at this stage grants the maximum benefits, such as premium platform features and a marketplace leadership badge.

6-10 (Intermediate)
Complete from 60-100 successful orders

11-15 (Advance)
