Token Usage for Customers
1. Onboarding Process
When new customers join the Lava platform, we make it simple and fun for them to get familiar with our app through the following features:
Play a Demo: New users can watch or play an interactive demo that walks them through how to order deliveries on the Lava app. This helps customers understand the key features, like how to track their orders and rate drivers.
Free XP (Experience Points): As a welcome gift, new customers receive 5 XP just for completing the onboarding process! XP is an in-app currency that customers can collect and save in their accounts. The more XP they earn, the more exciting rewards they unlock.
Why collect XP?
Earn Mystery Boxes: Some boxes may contain surprise prizes.
Get coupons and discounts: Use these to save on future orders.
Exchange XP for LAVA Tokens: Save enough XP and swap it for LAVA tokens, which you can use to pay for services in the app.
2. After Getting Deliveries: Earning More XP
Every time customers order a delivery through Lava, they have more opportunities to earn XP and unlock rewards.
Give Feedback: Customers can rate their drivers and leave reviews for stores or vendors after each delivery. This helps improve the platform and rewards the customer with additional XP. More feedback = more XP!
Example:
Leave a review for a driver: +10 XP
Rate a store: +5 XP
Share detailed feedback: +15 XP
Customer Journey Example
Onboard and Earn XP: Jane signs up, watches a demo(optional), and earns 5 XP.
Place Orders and Give Feedback: She orders groceries, leaves a 5-star rating, and writes a helpful review, earning 30 XP.
